Ruffin and Jarrett Funeral Home
is proud to have our own in-house facilities for designing,
producing, and printing the programs used at our
funerals. Most
funeral homes contract out the production of their funeral
programs; we do not.
Because programs are such
an important part of the funeral, we feel that turning such a
large responsibility over to a 3rd party is simply
not an option.
At Ruffin and Jarrett, we have
our own dedicated Graphic Artist and Printer on staff. Additionally, we own
the printing presses needed to produce these 1st
class programs.
By having these resources on staff and on-site, it
allows you to control the smallest detail when putting
together the funeral program of your loved one.
SUBMITTING YOUR PROGRAM
ELECTRONICALLY:
All program information
should be emailed to programs@ruffinjarrett.com
Be sure to put the deceased's name
in the subject line. If there are any special
instructions, please include them in the body of the email.
Additionally, please be sure to include a contact name, phone
number, and the name(s) of anyone else authorized to make
changes, approvals, or decisions about the
program.
Any attachments sent with the
email should be in Microsoft Word format (.doc)
When sending pictures, please
make sure they are a .JPG format.
Our Graphic Artist is able
at times to digitally repair old, torn, or discolored
photographs. If you have a picture that you would like to use
but it needs some attention, please submit it and we will let
you know if it is possible for us to clean it up enough to be
used. See example below:
